    Questions

    Before you
    send anything.

What counts as a “free look test”?

Send 3–5 representative shots from your project. A senior colorist builds a first look at no cost, so you can see our approach before committing to a paid session.

How does booking a paid session work?

Pick a package, fill out the form below with your proposed date, and drag in your files. We review your materials and availability, confirm a time with you, and only then send a payment link — we never charge before confirming scope and schedule.

Do I need to pay anything up front?

No. The free look test has no cost. For paid sessions, the 2-hour session is paid in full once confirmed; half day and full day sessions require a 50% deposit to hold the date, with the balance due at delivery.

What if my project needs more than one day?

Larger, multi-day, HDR or conform-heavy projects get a custom quote — tell us about it in the form below and we’ll follow up with a scope and price.

What should I send for the session?

An offline cut, reference stills, LUTs if you have them, and any EDLs — just drag the whole folder into the box below. No large media transfer is needed until we’ve confirmed the session.

Do I need special software to join a live session?

No — sessions are attended remotely with the colorist sharing a calibrated feed. We’ll send simple joining instructions once your session is confirmed.
