Information we collect
When you use our contact form or our Remote Color Grading request form, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number, company (if given), project details, and any files you choose to upload (such as an offline cut, reference stills, LUTs or EDLs).
We also automatically collect standard analytics information when you visit the site — pages viewed, general location, device and browser type — through Google Analytics, described below.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and follow up about your project.
- To create a private project for your files when you submit our Remote Color Grading request form, so our colorists can review your materials.
- To confirm scheduling and, once a session is confirmed, to send a payment link for paid sessions.
- To improve our website and understand how visitors use it.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your uploaded project files for any purpose other than the work you asked us to do.
Third-party services we use
We rely on a small number of trusted services to run our business and this website:
- Google Analytics — website traffic and usage analytics. Google may set cookies to distinguish visitors; see Google's own privacy policy for details on how Google handles this data.
- Frame.io (Adobe) — when you submit files through our Remote Color Grading form, they are uploaded directly and securely to a private Frame.io project created for your submission, so our team can review and grade your material.
- Square — for paid sessions, once we've confirmed scope and scheduling with you, we send a secure Square payment link. We do not store your payment card details ourselves.
- Email delivery — form submissions are delivered to our team by email so we can respond to you.
Cookies
This site uses cookies set by Google Analytics to understand site usage. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site will continue to function normally without them.
Data retention
We keep inquiry and project information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, complete any work you've engaged us for, and maintain our business records. You can request that we delete your information at any time — see Contact below.
Your rights
You may ask us at any time what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request that we delete it. Email us at info@lomaspost.com and we'll respond promptly.
Children's privacy
Our services are intended for businesses and professional productions. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
